A few years ago, an article I’d written for my blog on Fast Company, Without The Right Message, Twitter Is No Better For Your Brand Than A Fax Machine, kind of went “viral.”
It featured a video I had written and thrown together in a low budget way (with a young student actor from the U.K.) putting all the heavy lifting on the script. And it resonated.
Yet years later, the entire concept and use of social media seems to still be a bit of an enigma.
